It has been 4 years since I last saw Yi-Chen in Taiwan. I was pregnant with
Timothy and we went to eat Dim Sum together in Taipei. For some reason we
lost contact with each other, probably due to my busy schedule with a new
baby. Yesterday when I saw Yi-Chen's email I nearly fell to the floor, what
a nice surprise! Thank the technology I got to find several good old friends
through the internet. Yi-Chen got married last year(to the same boyfriend we
knew years ago :) and is now a piano teacher/performer in New York. So next
time we have a good excuse to go to New York, to see her!!

Today is great. Weather is great, Jacob was a good boy doing homework, Timothy
is as sweet as he can be, too bad Philip has to go to class tonight. I cleaned
the house a little, knowing it will all go back to normal mess soon with the
2 boys running around, digging toys out of the toy chest.

It was also nice to see Sallytree's comment on 神州六号. She left the very
1st comment on my blog. Something to cheer me up :0))

Talking about 神州六号, yesterday we watched the news about it's safe landing.
Wonderful! All is safe and happy. What a great accomplishment! I am sure
everyone who is Chinese is proud of this space advanture.

Yesterday we went to Jubilee & Yiuman's house for dinner. The kids had a
great time watching Isaac & Grace playing the violins. They even tried to
play... They loved it! It was funny to see little Timothy playing and
dancing at the same time. Jubilee managed to buy some salmon, tuna, and
yellow tail from a Mexican person who sells Sushi in grocery stores. He
sold her twice, and the fish both times were SO fresh and cheap!! We had
a big feast last night. I liked salmon sashimi a lot. So delicious and sweet.
Even Timothy had 2 slices(yeah, with wasabi!!). Philip said maybe we can
ask Jubilee to buy fresh fish for us every 2 weeks... it should be very
nutritious for Timothy(Omega 3...). Thank you Jubilee for inviting us!
After dinner the kids played some games, which reminded me I should go
to Walmart to get some games. Jacob is old enough to start playing these games
which stimulate the mind. And it will be lots of fun for the whole family
to play games together at our leisure time.

This morning 鼎恆skyped with me. He is a big boy now, 175cm!! Can't imagine.
When I was still Philip's girlfriend, when I first met him and his sister,
they were so little, maybe same age as Timothy now... and this sweet little
boy has already grown so big. Next year when we go back to Taiwan, I should
let the boys play with him more, to get to know each other more. I don't think
Jacob and Timothy remember their big cousin.

Since Philip is not home tonight, we will eat very simple dinner...
break for mommy!
