So I went in for my sonogram this morning. Lori checked all over my upper abdominal and said every organ looked good and there is no stone in my gall bladder nor kidney nor liver. What a relief!! So the nurse said, "what should we do with you, Peggy? ". I know, it's good to know I don't have anything major but at the same time the puzzle is still not solved. At least I don't have to worry about surgery to remove the stone if there was one. Thank the Lord! Mike is attending the conference now and when he returns the nurse will discuss with him as to what to do next with my tummy aches. It was funny when Lori was looking at my organs she said "that's your right kidney, looks beautiful" , I said "thank you" and we both laughed. It;s just funny to describe someone's kidney "beautiful " but Americans are really all looking at the bright side of everything, this is one thing I really like about them. Grandma went with me to the sonogram and we brought Acacia because she refused to eat at home before I left. Everyone at the clinic said Acacia is super cute and beautiful and gorgeous. I know, I know. We also think so!

Last week Acacia had developed "yeast infection" in her neck and diaper area. They looked very yucky, with watery discharge and red. Finally on Sat. morning we took her to see Dr. Cole and it was surely a relief to hear it's yeast infection and was something very easily treatable. So she prescribed antibiotics to take as well as another anti-fungal oral medicine and creme to put on. It only took about 1 night for us to see a BIG difference. Now it's all healed, but we still have to keep giving her antibiotics for a few more days to make sure it doesn't come back. Poor Acacia, she was crying day and night last week because of skin pain and we couldn't figure out what was wrong.

On Sat. afternoon daddy took the boys all the way to Ft worth to watch the air show. The boys loved it. They saw thunderbird jet planes performing and was truly amazing. I stayed home with Acacia, but hopefully next year we will all go together.

Acacia has been smiling a lot lately. So very cute. I try to capture her smiles on camera and got some really cute ones. She is also cooing some. It's so sweet to see her smile. I am so glad we have this little girl in our life.

Jacob has been going to the math lessons every Wed afternoon. It's really amazing to see hos rapidly he can learn and count using the techniques. It also helps him to build more confidence in himself which is great. Sometimes I feel sorry for him that he has to sit for 1 hour and 40 minutes at a time. But it also helps him to stay focused. I hope we can keep it up.
